Life happens so fast, I blink and over a month has passed since I have been here.  All is well.  Life is beautiful.

There has been a lot of work stuff, and personal stuff that needed my attention.  When that happen I neglect my blog. 🙁 

The trunk is now sitting in my entrance/dining room:

I spent time with my sister in New York.  We enjoyed our favorite restaurants and our evening ritual of New York Times games and some TV.

I have been back in Florida for a couple of weeks.  It has been hotter than ever, so I have stayed away from beach walks and biking at the end of the day.  I just use my little indoor bike throughout the day.

This lack of a more structured exercise routine has made the hip and back pain return.  And to add to that I have what I think it is a pinched nerve on my shoulder from sitting at the computer for too long.

I am on the way to Brazil.  Hopefully I will be able to get into a better exercise routine while there.  

I switched from my Galaxy S21 to Apply iPhone 17.  For the longest time I knew I needed a new phone but I was terrified of the change.  I feared losing some of my apps and passwords.  I know it is a dumb fear but it was very real to me.

It was not as bad I thought, but I still have some issues to sort out.  I am glad I have made this change.  I heard iPhones are my secure than Android.   Fingers crossed.

This lackluster post is just to say that I am alive and well 🙂
