The other day I found the colorful shells pictured below.
There are stretches of this beach where there are thousands of shells. I have seen shells of all kinds, sizes and colors, but this is the first time I have seen shells this green and this pink.
I don’t normally collect shells – I plan on getting some to eventually do a mosaic project – but I couldn’t resist not picking up these ones.
They look like they could have been hand painted. Were they? Is someone playing a trick?

I am no naturalist but I know that seashells can be very colorful naturally. They are beautiful shells.

Also, they say you shouldn’t take seashells from the beach because it disrupts the ecosystem 😉

It’s wonderful to think these are nature’s gifts. And it’s also equally wonderful to think these could’ve been hand painted and left on the beach to bring joy to others. 🥰

Are these colours really from nature? Amazing
I am still not sure. they look real, but the colors are so vivid that it seems they were painted.
