I have been baking a lot; and eating a lot of it!
To offset the effects of all that baking I have been trying to be more active.
I ride my bike every morning, and I walk the same route every evening. The route that I take is a loop that is 5 kilometers long. Sometime I swim at lunchtime.

Lovely photos. The bird in the first photo posed nicely for you.
You are smart to ride your bike and walk, too. I found that, although both are exercise, they definitely differ in the way muscles are used. Adding swimming is a bonus!

You are right, they definitely target the legs, but I can feel the different muscles at work.
Swimming definitely target my shoulders and arms, specially since I don’t really know how to swim. I just paddle along.
