Actually I went to check out and they have only used the White House for some of their stores and the Statue of Liberty.

If you like sweets you would love those. Almost every Brazilian dessert is made with condensed milk, so they are so rich and delicious.
The little church is cute inside too. I think I may a picture of it.

Thank you for being here and liking my blog. Here is the big secret, and don’t tell anyone else: I have no idea of what I am doing either. I am overwhelmed at work but I quickly paid you a visit and read your last post about your trip to Brazil.
I think you have 2 great things going for you: honesty and humor. I have always thought that as long I am being honest it is all good, but, of course there is a but, I have been learning (with age) to tone down my brutal honesty not to offend anyone. The truth nowadays is that everyone has become so sensitive (me included).
I am Brazilian so I read that post with a Brazilian heart and sensitivity. I have a healthy sense of humor, so I thought it was mostly funny. Some of your perceptions are on the mark. There were times I cringed though, like when you mentioned some Brazilian girls being “engines” (I could lose a few pounds), and some other instances. I also wished you had taken a few minutes to Google the correct spelling of caipirinha (our traditional drink), favelas (the slums/shanty towns) and others.
I love and thank you for mentioning that you had no issues in Brazil in regards to safety. I believe that anyone visiting any country needs to have common sense and Brazil is no exception. I enjoyed reading about places I haven’t been to (Foz do Iguaçu) and places I love (Parati). Thank you for that!
At the end of the day, to me, it is important to get something back out of the work you put into the blog. My blog is mostly a journal via which I make friends and keep track of my thoughts. What do you want to get from your blog, what is your goal?
If you want to reach the masses and eventually monetize it, then perhaps you will need to change a few things to make it more appealing such as 1)keeping posts short (divide it by day or cities or perhaps just a single place visited. I struggle with that as I always feel I have more to say 2)Enable comments. It invites the feedback and participation of your readers. 3) Have a search bar. I always use the search function on some blogs to go to certain articles, etc. 4) Have a a niche and focus on that(are you a travel blog, comedy blog, etc.) I am a failure at that one – I am all over the place.
You do have beautiful pictures! I loved them! (another one of my failures)
I will go back to your blog to read about your adventures in other locations. The above is the opinion of just me so don’t overthink it. As you go along your blog will evolve and eventually be exactly what you want.

Thank you for your feedback. I think my objective is to give people a in site of some of the places I have been. Already I have had people message me saying they have made arrangements to visit some of the places I have wrote about. 2 people have booked Cambodia on the back or my blog.

As far as a Search Button you can wait until you have more content. I was thinking only as the writer and it helps me when I want to see if I have written about a certain subject or not. When you are ready for it: It is located on your Dashboard , Appearance, Widgets. When I did this several years ago it was just dragging it and placing it to the right of the screen where I wanted. It is probably even easier now.
Also, something I try to do but fail miserably: Try to write something often. Perhaps as you go along on your trip.
